100% Productivity

When you pay for 100% productive time, you should get 100% productivity in return for your hard-earned dollar. When you hire an in-house employee to work for you, this is never the case. You are paying the employee for 100% productive time, but you never get 100% productivity from them in return. You end up paying for their downtime, rest breaks, co-worker chitchat time, interruptions, and other unproductive activity as well. 

When you work with us, you get what you pay for - and more.  We do not charge for unproductive time. You only pay us for the actual time we spend completing your work, prorated in 10 minute increments. We use time tracking software and meticulously track the time we spend on your work to the minute, and provide you with time sheets and activity reports so you will always know what you are paying for.

No Employee-Related Costs

Although the Virtual Assistance hourly rate is higher than you would pay an in-house employee, you are actually saving money when you outsource your administrative work to a Virtual Assistant. When you hire an in-house employee, you are obligated to withhold and pay taxes, insurance, and benefits for the employee, and may even need to hire additional staff to administer these tasks for you. You also have to provide them with office space, equipment, supplies, etc. for them to use to perform your work.

We are an independently owned and operated service business, and work with you as an independent contractor, not your employee. We pay our own taxes, insurance, and benefits, work from our own fully-equipped office, and use our own equipment to provide services to you.







How to Get Started Working Together

The first step in the Getting Started Process is to schedule a Get Acquainted Phone Consultation. To do this, simply fill out the Get Acquainted Phone Consultation Pre-Call Form, then follow the instructions provided to schedule the phone appointment via my online appointment scheduling system. 

During the call, we will discuss your situation, and talk about how I may be able to assist you with your current administrative needs.  If we decide together that we are a good match, we will continue to the next step in the process.
